1991 plymouth grand voyager problems. What could it be?

We have a 1991 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE we inherited from my grandmother. Yesterday driving home it registered no gas (we have 1/2 a tank). And then as we were stopping the entire dash system started flashing. It shows no RPM's, no gas, no speed, etc... It also flashes check engine (which was recently serviced), that we need washer fluid (we recently checked and filled all fluids), and evey other system showed empty or zero. When we tried restarting the engine, it started but nothing showed at all. We checked the fuse panel and all the fuses are good. What could it be?
