Weight watchers?
Both my husband and I have done weight watchers and it worked for us. We just did it from home (no meetings, weigh-ins etc,) just followed the points program ourselves and it was great. It forces you to eat well (vegies have zero points so you can eat as much as you want). I did not have all that much to lose, but lost about 8kg in 12 weeks. The first week was hard, but then it got easy. I still go back to doing the points program every now and again if I think I have put on a couple of kgs. IT WORKS!!!! You absolutely have to stick to the number of points each day, otherwise it will not work. Exercising helps you lose the weight quicker and is beneficial for general health anyway.
