Ares connection problems?

I have Ares 2.0.9.3030 Version 2.0.1. I already updated and set up my firewall to try solve the issue, but it doesn't seem to work. It has been a week since i been trying to make Ares to work. In case it helps I'm been using these ports # 9873.
