Is Bush on the same level as Bin Laden.....Religiously speaking?

The Bible tells me to pray for my leaders and obey the laws of the land. If bush says that God led him in the war, then I hope and pray that he is telling the truth. But only Bush knows wether that is actually true or not. all we can do is pray
