Get a car with no money and only 2 pay stubs?

Getting a car probably isn't your best option. I'm in college in the middle of no where and it's hell being on campus without a car, but it's something I have to live with. Even though highly unlikely, lets say you did get a car. If one pay stub yields $130, you're going to need more than that in itself for insurance costs and paying off the loan, and all that's before living expenses. Getting a car just to make it to a minimum wage job isn't worth it.
