Investing in Torch Royalty Energy Trust (TRU)?

I came across this stock in the Fall and have been watching it ever since. Since then it has been going on a slow up and down roller coaster. It goes down to around $1.20/share and then less than 2 months later up to a little less than $3. Then back down.....and back up. I also noticed it has been in the positive on many days when the rest of the market has been down. Aside from all that, it also sees very large changes from day to day. Now that it hit $1.20 a share on Friday, is tomorrow the time to invest a few spare bucks in it for the short term? Does anyone know anything about this company? There is very little information available about them. Its symbol is TRU.
