Y doesnt the WWE....?

make the USA and intercontinental championships more prestigious and important? they are almost never defended at PPV's anymore, and the matches are all terrible. it just seems like the world championships are the only ones that get any attention. no good feuds or matches have spawned from those titles exept for when MVP won and defended that title for a while. right now the intercontinental tourney is a good idea, but i am tired of one on one regular matches. and no one good wins those titles anymore. the last good intercontinental champ was jeff hardy or Y2J, and USA champ was Benoit or matt hardy, who only used it as a steppingston to the world ECW title. y does the wwe make the mid-card titles so boring?
