My video card geforce4 mx 440 wth agp 8x. i cant install it anymore?

i have this video card geforce4 mx 440 wth agp 8x. i've already used i and worked properly by installing the driver. i've already for almost a month playing ran online then suddenly it crashes. then i restarted my comp. after this the video card doest work anymore already tried re installing the video card driver but in the middle of installation it always restarts. i already formated my harddisk and re install the os but the same thing happens. what's the problem with my video card? i'm using it right now but no driver.
